The “Albanian Commercial Union” s registered and represents its members into the most important institutions and advisory bodies present in the country.

Representation into governmental executive institutions

1. Member at the National Economic Council at the Prime Ministry
2. Recognized by Ministry of Finance as interest group
3. Recognized by Ministry of Economic Development, Trade, Tourism and Entrepreneurship as interest group

Representation into local institutions

1. Member at the Tirana Economic Council at the Tirana Municipality
2. Recognized by main Municipalities of the country as interest group

Representation into legislative institutions

1. Recognized by the Parliamentary Committee for Economy and Finance, Albanian Parliament as interest group
2. Recognized by the Parliamentary Committee for Production, Trade and Environment, Albanian Parliament as interest group
3. Recognized by the Parliamentary Committee for Legal Issues, Public Administration and Human Rights, Albanian Parliament as interest group

Representation into advisory boards:

1. Albanian Investment Council, at the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade, Tourism and Entrepreneurship

In addition, the “Albanian Commercial Union” is recognized by all foreign diplomatic bodies present in the country.
